How long have you been dreading?
just over 2 weeks
Dreading methods, maintenance, and products used (if you currently have dreads)
no products, started with twist and rip, crocheting here and there to keep some order to chaos, wash with baking soda, lavender and tea tree oil about twice a week. haven't had the nerve to use apple cider vinegar yet. afraid of the smell, but will try sooner than later i'm sure :)

if you hair is quite curly you might find it shrinks a lot as it locks my partners did, not realy got any good advice on the shrinking as my hair is realy straight and i didnt have to deal with to much of it,it may take a fair bit of time for it to settle so be patent with it and give it time dreads are more of a marathon than a race, the ends of my dreads where i messed around with them a lot when i first started growning them again are not as nice as the bits ive just left alone so my main advice is try to do as little as possible and you will get the best results.

thats not :"going natural" going natural u dont backcombb u just klet it dread as it sees fot thats the best way there is to dread

backcomb usualy fails completely and does a fair ammpunt of damage

if your not going natural..use twist and rip

but id recomend trying to go natural
