About Me

Well I am a bass player and I also play a little guitar. I love playing and creating music. I listen to mostly metal and some southern rock and blues. I also train in wing chun kung fu. I am hoping to teach that soon.

I am a really quiet and shy person actually. I know strange for someone who was in a thrash metal band. Don't know why but I have never been a very social person. I also don't drink smoke or do any kind of drugs. Never wanted to get into that kind of stuff. I guess I like to have a clear mind.

As for what I do for fun. I enjoy practicing my bass or guitar, playing video games, watching movies, doing kung fu, and skateboarding.

I had my first done in a hairstylist academy. It was done by backcombing but done very loose then wax was put in it. I only had those for a couple of months. Then I had my mom comb them out because I didn't want to cut them and loose the length.

I waited 4-5 months to do them again. This time I fell for the DreadheadHQ Dread Kit. 14 hours straight of backcombing and pain. I did the schedule they tell you to do maybe only a month or two I found it was too much work to be doing so I stopped and let my hair be. The only thing I used was the shampoo. I had those over a year. I then decided to cut them off. My scalp became very dry and itchy and I couldn't take it anymore. I do regret cutting them but I wanted to start over and let my scalp recover before I do them again.

Now its been several months since then and I checked this site out after I been added by its myspace page. I'm glad I did or else was going to do the kit over again.

Ok I am going to update you all. My friend Katie or as you all know as Pixie on here has been bugging me to update some things lol. Well I started my new set of dreads on April 13th, 2010. I used the twist n rip method after doing some research on the site. It took a good 7 hours to do them. Which was alot quicker then my backcombed ones. I have been loving all the changes my dreads have been going through since the start. It now has been 3 months of having them.

Dreading methods, maintenance, and products used (if you currently have dreads)

I have used the twist and rip method. I just wash my dreads then rip the sections if they need it.
