For along time i have been using sulphate shampoos.  It was alright but i wanted better. Then i started using Baking soda and a shampoo and when i washed with that, afterwards it made me feel really, really greasy! yuck i hate that feeling! :P Then Heather of Esty Sent was very nice and gererous and sent me a sample of her Vital goods and was very very amazing! It ran out a few days ago and was out of shampoo besides the baking soda which didnt do much for me.  So i went to the Wonderful…See More

Profile Information

About Me
well i just one day wanted dreadlocks. my inspirations are Soaring Eagle and eyeheartchrist from youtube. i like to play video games, collect ninja weapons and would like to become buddhist one day. Got Twitter? follow @Ripdaddyo98 or facebook me. about 2 years ago i didnt really see the difference between salon dreads and natural dreads just that salons are more perfect. but when i seen the price to do em no way would i spend hundreds of dollars for them to do my hair. So, i waited until my cousin came to visit for a get together so i could let her do it. but i never end up getting them done by my cousin. as ist i was kinda sad that i didnt get dreads done. about 2 weeks after she left i found dreadlockssite which changed my whole mind about dreads. so i then just decided to go natural. if i used that wax to do my hair it porbably would have been taken out.
How long have you been dreading?
2 1/2 months since july 22nd 2011.
Dreading methods, maintenance, and products used (if you currently have dreads)
Natural method. No wax (gross)no comb just patience. i use dawn dish soap as an alternative, currently using neurtagena deep clean, i hear selsun blue with residue remover is good, and would use dr. bronners or dr. woods but i dont have the right water for it. :P
