oh, don't be sad because you haven't neglected them, they are still gorgeous, i hope mine will be like yours one day

i made mine with crochet and have maintained them 4 months (with stupid crochet) :( i didn't know for better and healthier ways for making dreads, so i thought crochet is good method. yesterday, i found this site and read a lot about how crochet is bad. now I'm trying to recovery them, but I'm at beginning, just like you said, just time, so i will just wash them 2 times a week, try to unloose them a bit, and that's it, hope they will be nice dreads like yours one day. :))

I backcombed them (wishing i would have neglected them)
im at like a year and 8 moths now (in this photo)
and i have crocheted like 2 times but i dont do it any more its not good for the dread
the only method is time and jah time alone!
