if u make em too tight to start they progrss alot slower cause they are too tight  they have to loosen  to dr=ead you want em just tight enough to not fall apaart but relativly loose to start then threy dread faster cause they are loose enough to move freely

thank you all! Well they are natural in the sense that there are no products in them but they are not neglect method dreads. I would recommend backcombing them very tightly with a metal lice comb (but gently because you don't want to damage all your hair!) I think that if you make them tight to begin with, they won't start coming loose and falling apart :)
