It's jus not my cup of tea u nah mean?? I enjoy it when others do it.. But, I've chosen a path already and I aim to walk wit me mind, body an soul. Dedicating my entire being 2 this singular meditative state I'd love to one day 'master'. I can't do dat if I go trying other philosophies.. Of course I respect what people choose if it brings about poisitiivity in our world.. And I respect u as a young yogi.. We need more enlightenment in this dark world.. Peace

welcome but stop the palm rolling its not helping only hurting
Welcome. But don't palm roll. Palm rolling only does 1 of 2 things. If you don't do it much it doesn't create lasting knots. They go back to their messy frizzy mess in a few hours, or after you wash. If you do it a lot, and do see lasting knots form, you are destroying your locks. Palm rolling rips your hairs into pieces and pulls hairs out of your scalp. This damage can beirreversible. I palm rolled for 2 weeks when I first started. 6 years later, I am still trying to fix the damage:
