Idk, looks good to me I love your colors too. Reminds me of a beautiful batik. When I do a twisty bun like this the only way I can make it stay is to add a hair pick (actually I have a shawl pin) vertical going from the bun side of the elastic at the top down under the bun . Of course you have to get it down near the scalp so it's not piercing the dreads
I have to use like mega poppy pins to get mine to stay, and lots of them!! My dreads are all different lengths too, so it makes it even more difficult! haha
I just tidied it into a ponytail, and then twisted it all round and tucked in the ends, then put a bobble round it to hold it there, it didn't stay in though LOL
