I am not sure what the recommended dosage should be Odin...you might wanna Google that to be safe. I asked about being a vegetarian because sometimes, if you are and you don't get your protein (which hair is made of) some other way it can really harm your hair. I hope that Biotin does the trick, but also realize it will take some time. Hang in there brother! Much love.

Well, it may not seem like alot of chemicals to you but it really is and I suspect that is one reason you feel like it isn't growing. It is very possible that the ends are breaking alittle all the time and shortening the hair some. Biotin is good...hair is made of Keratin protein. You can take the Biotin, there are also skin, hair, nail combo supplements that are good too. By any chance...are you a vegetarian?

Hi Odin! There are alot of various resons for hair not appearing to grow. I say appearing because it usually it is growing but it seems to stay in the same place. If you have been dreading and you hair seems at the same spot, that is because dreads shrink as they develop and it may take quite awhile for you to see prgress in your length. If you hair didn't seem to be growing before you started the dreads there could be alot of factors at work....is your hair in good condition? Or is it dry and damaged? Have you used alot of haircolor or chemicals? Give me alittle info and I will try to help...XD
