ok whew but next time dreaducate them since now the crochet recovery will be messier then if you left them alone from the start

I made sure to only slightly crochet and made sure to keep them loose, I'm well aware of the damage it does and was very reluctant to crochet, it was at my family's request because they wanted me to look "more presentable" for my baby shower. It was either that or wax or cut my hair, crocheting a little seemed the much lesser of evils. Lol. I don't plan on ever doing it again and letting my hair do its thing. Thanks for the concern though SE! Your advice is always awesome!
welcome but the crochet was a very bad idea that will cause extreme damage, delay dreading by 6 months (if tight) make them far more fuzzy during recovery and will take a year or 2 or more to lose the crochetted look
throw the hook away and never use it again..maintaining with crochet makes them weaker and weaker
