well they come from a company that suggests wax wich ofcourse evereyone knows destroys dreads but they also sell a 'lock docta" wich is a felting needle wich shreds every hair into tiny peices ..and well every single thing they advise to do and sell are harmful and destructive
hey girl i saw that you wrote you used the dreadhead hq soap...do you still? if so, i would really suggest you stop use right away! the liquid soap contains SLES (sodium laureth sulfate), which can actually cause baldness, among many other terrible things just tryin to look out for ya, sister! the internet has quite a bit of information about it and can do it more justice than i can. this website has amazing resources as well, and can help you find a better shampoo, like the dreadlockshampoo bars. they're amazing! anywho, i hope you have a wonderful day happy dreading, mama...you're gorgeous
welcvome but so u are aware dreadheahq sucks and sghhould be boycotted
the soap is vey toxic causes dandruff psoriasis dermatitis skin cancer and balding
its not a dread shamopoo at all its a hunting shampoo thats why theres no scent its made so you can sneak up and slaughter animales without being detected
its only meant tio safely be used sa couple times a year
You could definitely start now. There's no time too early. When your hair is really short, you can let them start to section themselves. They may not start to lock right away. But they will section out. If you're lucky, they will begin to lock early. Just start washing them like you already have locks.
Welcome to the site Kyle. You'll be off to a good start with all the tips you will find on this site. You have short hair right now, you can take Biotin for 3 months to encourage hair growth. Biotin can be found at a low cost from most drug stores. Peace

Welcome. Eagle's right about that soap. KB is not actually designed for locks. It will cause more problems than it helps.
