Thanks for the welcome guys, and SE thanks for the laughs - perhaps my choice of username was a bit more fitting than I realized. One of my many reasons for dreading was to finally do what *I* want with my own hair. Power, indeed.Mirrors are overrated anyway
welcome medusa was a goddess whos terible crime was made men "like stone" (sexualy arounsed i think?)
zeus raped her and for that terible crime she was punished
because she was attractive and was raped she was never to know true love for any man that got close died
but that wasnt enough she couldnt simply be lonely she had to be scared so zeuse let it be known that her head would be the ultimate weapon..the power to defeat armies and rule the world so every warrior or control freak in the land was out to kill her and take her power
the story of medusa is realy the story of mens fear of womens power and thier need to control and destroy it
use your snakes wisely and watch out for the control freaks of the world who will try to destroy you
you have the power within you to stand up to any oposition
Welcome fellow Canuck. Lots of tips can be found on here to keep your dreads healthy, many groups to join and great people to chat with. Enjoy the site.
Powitanie to the community Radek. Glad to hear your journey is healthy for you. Your T&R did exactly as it should, loosening to start dreading. Unless you have very oily hair, it is recommended to follow up with an apple cider vinegar (ACV) rinse after washing with baking soda (BS), this is to balance the hairs PH from the BS, as it can dry out the hair, and the ACV is also a safe conditioner. In case you need the ratio, here it is: After rinsing out the BS, mix 1-2 capful (depends of length of hair) of ACV to 5 cups of water...pour on head and rinse off right away or within one minute.
its more then your hair its your life
and yea they are shadows are all u need
Welcome and Happy Dreading.
Always, Hippie Love
