Welcome. Palm rolling once in a while will help your locks look a tad neater for a few hours. But it won't create any lasting knots. But palm rolling can easily be over done. If it starts to create lasting knots, it is actually doing more harm than good. And the harm wont be noticeable for about a year.
Trust me, I did it daily for only 2 weeks, 7 years ago. now I am still trying to fix the damage

welcome but dont bother palm rolling it does nothing t all but can cause permanent harm
