hey girl, i started my dreads aug 16...and i dyed my hair last week thursday sept.9 so pretty much waited about what 3 weeks... i have to say that actually dying my hair helped dry out all the oils and since ive dyed it the locks have gotten so much harder...i was so excited! haha i just went to sallys beauty store bought a brown demi permanent hair dye and volume 20... rinsed out very well make sure you squeeze all the dye out like a sponge.. takes longer than usual to rinse since ur hair is dreaded now..n thats it!
