swimmings good for them but they do loosen alkot before they tighten do a sea salt soak or spray and they'll tighten up 1st 3-4 months they get worse u see backwards progresss before they get better thats why its kinda a waste to starrt tyhem cause 3/4 of the rtime they progresss just as fast naturally
