HEY! Its all good i dont mind the questions! I did not use a toner just the dye and a developer! Yeah its super bright i loveee it! If you go to a beauty supply store they will usually be able to tell u exactly what to do. I did not really know WTF i was doing when i first dyed my hair but now i ONLY dye my own hair! Make sure you post pics!!

HEY whats up?! Thank you sooooo much!!!! I use this stuff called HI Color HiLights from sallys beauty supply in the crayon RED color! ANd i use a 35 developer. ANd the stuff i use is for people with dark hair and you would not have even had to bleach it. My hair was DARK brown when i died it with this stuff! My sister used the same stuff and she had light blond hair and it looooks awesome its almost bright pinky red
