Welcome. I posted in your discussion about getting rid of wax. It's tedious process, but worth it. if you locks are that new, then it's really worth just starting over.

Oops forgot to tell you where my beads are from! The small ones are from Michael's craft store and the big beads, which are actual dread beads are from Etsy, from Robin at Luving Your Locks. There are so many awesome beads on Etsy!

Awww, thank you Light Faerie! I liked the curls too, but they were getting shorter and breaking all the time, so thought it was time for a change. If I look close at the lumpy ends, the curls are still there in the tightened up loopy bits
