Welcome to the community Kris. Sorry you did not find this wonderful site sooner, but alas, better late than never. Baba Fats is helping you out tremendously. When you get out all the wax, make a post about how you did it and how your hair feels fresh. That way other new members will learn by your experience. I see music is your life, there are many groups on here to join for music lovers!.....Peace

Welcome. I posted in your discussion about getting rid of wax. It's tedious process, but worth it. if you locks are that new, then it's really worth just starting over.

Oops forgot to tell you where my beads are from! The small ones are from Michael's craft store and the big beads, which are actual dread beads are from Etsy, from Robin at Luving Your Locks. There are so many awesome beads on Etsy! :-)

Awww, thank you Light Faerie! I liked the curls too, but they were getting shorter and breaking all the time, so thought it was time for a change. If I look close at the lumpy ends, the curls are still there in the tightened up loopy bits :)

Your hair is looking really nice. Love the colours and decorations!
