@ kootbootz....thanks for allowing me to add you as a friend. I came across your pictures and your hair looks like a similar texture to mine. Im 1.5 weeks in so Im not too far behind you. Id like to keep up with your progress :) Hopefully Ill post some pictures soon :) Thanks for the support.....Im in the same situation with my parents (and Im 34 yrs old)...they verbally attacked me at first but theyre starting to lay off a little.

welcome but 1st dont biother pallm rolling 2nd most of the products u used are probly the worse things u could use

u should wash way more often 1-3 times a week

and use a good dread shampoo

fot=r dryb-ness

aloe

or jojoba

if u used waz=x ever even once u must do agressive wax removawl that stuffs pure evil

and a dread killer

Well first, you should wash way more often. 2-3 times a week. Just because your hair doesn't smell bad doesn't mean that it's clean. A dirty scalp and hair won't lock healthily.

Next, don't palm roll. It If it does anything at all, it is only going to hurt your locks. Check out what only 2 weeks of it did to mine. Others have had similar issues: http://www.dreadlockssite.com/video/why-not-to-palm-roll

What products are you using? Most products only hurt your locks by either creating tons of buildup and residue or conditioning them too much that they don't lock well.

What are you washing with?
