It's cool to see another cook with locks. I don't cook anymore, but I worked as one for Whole Foods for about 5 years. Never a line cook.
As far as palm rolling goes, STOP. It only does 1 of 2 things. If you don't so it often, it does absolutely nothing but makes them look neat for a few hours No lasting knots. If you do it enough to see any progress at all, it is severely damaging your locks. I have a video on my page about what only 2 weeks of palm rolling can do. 6 years later, I am still trying to fix the damage

welcome but dont palm roll an especialy dont re-bckcomb u backcomb once if as do it at all then never again just leave em alone
