Pickles Pickles Pickles!!
I'm so exccited that my cucumbers are ready and it's time to start canning again!
Here is the easiest and quickest pickle recipe and they go great with an ice cold beer!!
4 C. Water
1/4 C. sea salt or kosher salt
in each pint jar put
1 clove of garlic
1 t. dry dill
1/4 t. mustard seed
1/2 t. peppercorns
after adding spices to each jar fill with sliced pickling cucumbers then pour the brine on top and seal. These pickles do not need to be processed, just keep them in the fridge and they will be ready the next day, or a few hours later if you're really impatient
