welcome umm dude i seriusly hope we can save your dreads interlocking is 1 of the worse things possible u can do to dreads theres a good chance they will break off..unfortunatly theres no way to reverse the weakness that i know of anyway but u need to stop interlocking so u at least wont loose the entire dread after it grows9 months is not that long so you'll only have like 6 inches that are severely weakened if u let it go from here without interlocking u might get a good 8 inches or more before the ends start falling off..u might get lucky too and they wont break but interlockings very well known to cause dreads to break so i would never ever recomend u continueand whoever told u to interlock i hope u inform them how very bad it is if a salon we;ll i think they just dont care the harm they do but u should tell em anyway a few just might not know
