when i first started i used DHHQ shampoo. (and ONLY that from them...) and i actually really liked it. but ive tried BS/ACV + tea tree droplets and hated it, my scalp got very irritated from it and my hair felt oily. currently im using Dr. Bronners (tea tree- liquid) and LOVING it. it feels like its also helping my dreads shape up as well, they look better than ever and feel soft. I have one small recurring 'patch' of dandruff as well, and it seems to be helping a little, but ive never found anything that completely gets rid of it. def try dr. bronners, if you havent. though i think i'd opt for peppermint next time, as it has tea tree in it but is mor emulti-purpose (id like ot start using it for toothpaste etc)
we both started dreading in July and I think our dreadies are coming along fantastic! I still wish I could get rid of some of these huge bulges and fly aways. But yours are looking fabulous! what is your washing process? I've been using baking soda and patchouli and tea tree oil with a vinegar rinse but it does'nt really uhh make my hair feel as soft and smell goodie as i would like plus it sucks when you jump into a nice warm shower and you dump a cold bucket of baking soda and oily water over your head and it gets in your mouth kinda ruins the relaxation.anyways totally spill any dread secret you can!
