Favourite pose?
Short dreads + yoga = careful bead placement 
I am concentrating on my shoulder stand at the moment as im feeling a bit de-energized...but had to take some new beads out My favourite pose at the moment is headstand i think Im doing the same series of poses (from canadian school of ashtanga) every morning for the last 8 months or so...i was in a car crash and yoga has changed my life, i was told id be in constant pain for the rest of my life...not so!
