Right, this is me, i'm 19, at university and loving studying biology.
I recieved a firm diagnosis of bipolarity 3 years ago after many years of my suspicions but never doing anything about it. I finally plucked up the courage to see my doctor after an incident with the police (if you really want the full story feel free to ask, i dont mind but i won't bore you with it here). so i went to the doctor and got the diagnosis followed by a long talk about options and stuff, but i'm not on meds and usually manage my moods alright without any, normally through doing sport and listening to music.
Do any of you take medications at all? and do you find that they work well for you?
