child birth .

So. I am a few weeks away, the doctor bumped up my due date because the baby is getting big. But anyways, im slightly terrified of the whole thing haha. I will be giving birth all natural no pain meds or anything like that. I just want to know, what should i be, i don't know, doing to prepare myself for this kind of thing? Or am i going to just have to roll with whatever happens? I guess im just looking for things people think helped them during their childbirth.
