Natural Beauty Products and Skin Sensitivities

What to use when your skin is sensitive to nearly everything!? I quit wearing make-up. Only dye my hair with Henna. But lotion, deodorant,perfume, body spray, soap, shampoo, bubble bath, shower gel, shaving gel.. ANYTHING that touches my skin seems to make it react somehow! What can I use? What do ya'll use?
