mammas i need help

my wonderful daughter is at the ripe ol age of 2 1/2. she is a wonde3rful child. however she throws these horrible tantrums..it litteral sounds like she is being beaten when she screams. i dont know whats goingon with her she goes to a private babysitter when im at work during the day. i dont know if shes resenting me or if shes learning it from the kids, im not sure but i need help its driving me crazy.
