my doggy has a infection. help!

my male dog has an infection in his penis, its swollen, red and has yellow/green discharge coming out from time to time. on his tummy he has lumps under his skin around his penis as well. im going to take him to the vet but am having such a hard time finding an opening and the right amount of money. if anyone possibly knows anything i could do for him for the pain or maybe to even keep it from spreading til i can get him in i would be grateful to know.. i plan on bringing him in to the vet this afternoon or in the morning. thank you all. love ya.
