Palm rolling isn't useful, though. If you only do it a little, it won't create lasting knots. If you do it enough to see anything lasting, it is actually destroying your locks. It rips hairs out of your scalp, and breaks hairs from the friction between your hands.

Crocheting, even a little, rips hairs into smaller and smaller pieces with each pass of the hook through your locks. This weakens your locks. Even 1 session with a crochet hook can actually delay progress by 6 months

wouldnt bother palm rolling either it is pointless it does nothing at all unless u do it enough to cause harm

crochets way worse tho just wash and seperate.nothing else..leave em alone

welcome but goitta tell ya crochet is worse then wax! wax is evil but with extreme effort can be removed

crochet damage is permenabt

and crochet even just once will delay progress by 6 months

throw the hook away and let them recover!
