Welcome. If you want locks for the look of them, ask your boss if it would be ok. If you want them for a spiritual reason, you may want to talk with your boss about it. Let him/her know what they mean to you, and how they will look as they progress. But don't just expect them to be on board. Offer a solution. You can get a plain black tam to cover your head at work. Simple, solid coloured tams are very professional, and won't draw any attention to yourself, from co-workers, or patients.

Well , I had to use the crochet hook at the beginning because my hair wasn't long enough to use the natural method ...
But now mother nature is doing her job ^^ (yeah i know what u mean )

welcome the crochet hook was a very bad idea it does extreme harm delays orogress by 6 months and still 2 years later they still havent lost the crochetted look but really glad you didnt continue to crochet so4rta surprised they still have that look after 2 years tho they must have really been crochetted tight huh they dont look stiff and hanging weird tho so did naturalize alot just still have that look u konow what i mean?
