Hello. Do dread beads help in the lock process with short hair? I've seen some pretty ones, but don't know if they are functional too. Thanks for the comments !

Dreadbeads have been known to help with tightening any "loops" in your dread.

thats a bad way tio add beads too just take a loop of thread thropugh tye bead catch your dread in the loop and pull it throufh the bead wi=]ont need poking sa paper clip in if u get a bead that fits

yea well heres the thing with beads and short hair u need 6 inches to dread

a bead needas 6 inches above abnd below to dread above or below

if u put it too high theres not enough movement above to dread  too close to the end and not enoyugh movement at the tip to dread

so in short hair it wuill help dread if its real close to the tip so the hair abiove dreads but wont get much dreading below the bead (which is fine for loose tips)
