hey, so i was searching online and found this great tutorial on how to make your own peyote sleeves for dreads: here it is!
it was super easy once i got the hang of it. i made one already, see?

i make my own beads with polymer clay :)
hi, just wanted to shout out a thank you for the link to make your own sleeves. tried it out this weekend, and i only messed up the first one before i figured out what i was doing. YAY!

anyhoo, thank's a bunch!
i have 8, 10 and 12 mm plugs for my ears, i tend to slip one of those of, shiney metal tunnles
I've seen people use nuts(as in nuts and bolts, not the food) in their dreads. I don't really decorate my dreads, I probably would use skull beads if I could find any that looked really cool. Like the mardi gras style skulls.
strung hemp through a dread, then macrame and braided the hemp and put in colorful beads. then i have also bent beer caps in half on the hemp to secure them. :) i personaly loved this, cus each diffrent cap was a diffrent memory:) i have also done wraps too.
whats that?
