Dandruff, itchy scalp problems.
Hello! My name is Kristen my dreadies are about 2-3 weeks old got a whole head of them minus my bangs on both sides anyways I will cut to the chase. I didnt start them with any product except for backcombing and palmrolling my gf did them for me in like 8 hours. I have had the itchiest damn scalp lately and it is driving me nuts lol!! The dandruff sucks too but I'm more worried about itching til the roots are loose in my dreads since they are new and vulnurable any ideas from anyone with past experience? If it helps I have been using lock steady gel by knotty boy and washed them once after a week with the patchouli soup but it was made for dreads.

wash more often dont use anything from knottyboy! just wah em more
if the shampoo (is that knottyboy too?) dont work try the baking soda recipe with teatree rosemary etc
or try thee www.dreadlockshampoo.com since i switched to those i have had no itch no flakes nothing
but u should be washing more every 3 days should help

Thank you so much I washed them today and have left them be so I am ready for the patience and months to come. :) I will definantly order one of those soaps for them also though.
