How I can grow my hair faster and healthy.

General Questions

here is a video showing how castor oil can work..

Also, i've taken biotin in the past.I took it for a full year at one point. I noticed my nails were healthier and hair. But i didn't notice any abnormal body hair growth..

How I can grow my hair faster and healthy.

General Questions

castor oil is known to make hair grow twice the speed in a month. All you have to do is buy a bottle which is pretty cheap and apply it to the scalp, really massage it in. Then sleep overnight with it like that. Put a towel over your pillow so it doesn't get oily. Then wash out in the morning! Do it maybe once a week if you really want your hair to grow fast. I do it every two weeks, and have seen some significant growth. :)

Another Newbie!

Dread Maintenance

You could try a sea salt spray like an hr before showering. For details and ratios just search that in the bar here

Starting second dread journey/any advice

Dread Maintenance

You may have hard water, dr. bronners does leave residue with this type of water. If thats the case your best bet is bucks county dreadlocks soap. :)

I don't like the flat lumpy ones lol

Introduce Yourself

Also, there really is not any way to prevent this, as it is a natural process. Dreads will get lumpy and flat in the beginning because they need to in order to lock all the way up. they will eventually round out.

Beads might help. Just put them on the area of the dread you want to round out. I wouldn't recommend palm rolling or using a crotchet hook. Palm rolling doesn't do much and crocheting is damaging.
