I think everyone is confusing polygamy and polyamory as the same thing, which it's not. Polygamy is rooted in Mormon culture and is one man married to several women. It is done so bc they feel a religious calling to it, dating it back to the biblical days of men having multiple wives. Polyamory is when several people, who are not necessarily officiated with a religion, date and perhaps live together as a unit and sometimes family. It can have many different scenarios as far as how many and who all is involved. Many people find it unnatural to be monogomous and feel that love shouldn't be bound to just one person.

The peace sign was my first one and a lot of people made fun of me for getting it, thinking I was just trying to be trendy. But first off I'm far from trendy haha and second off it meant something to me. Every time I look at it I'm reminded to be the peaceful person I so strive to be everyday. I think tattoos should hold meaning although many people just get them because they like the way a certain design looks. That's ok too though. I'm all about whatever makes someone happy they should do. And four years later my peace sign still makes me happy when I look at it

I think piercings and tattoos are a form of expression just as having dreads can be. I am currently stretching my lobes slowly bc I like the way it looks and bc I'm just not a girly girl who loves diamond jewelry. As far as the tattoos go- I have a peace sign on wrist and a huge side piece of two kois- a big one representing me and a small one for my daughter it's just the representation of what we've been through together since she's been born. So I feel my tattoos and choice of ear stretching and dread style all goes together to make me into the peaceful nature loving mother and woman that I am.

I'm going neglect and I remember the first month the back of my head looked like one big rat's nest! I didn't know if that was normal or if it would ever become dreads but eventually the huge matted mess started sectioning and now that's the most dreaded part of my hair! Just keep seperating and it will work itself out!

I definitely gravitate towards men with beards and hair so that seems to be the only guys I ever date. Not personally into clean shaven faces and certainly not clean shaven bodies luckily the guy I'm with now has a massive beard that gets mad compliments everywhere we go. ha. people automatically assume he's got sunshine in his pocket lol. But in the end it's all about doing what you like It's a filter of sorts when dating. My guy says he doesn't get hit on by as many girls now that's he's grown it so big but that the ones who would approach him are the only ones worth his time now anyway. Same w dreads. Bullshit filter. If u don't like them or don't wanna date me because of them then move along. Much easier that way And sorry for the raaaaambblings!! Haha I do tend to ramble on...
