i take a gallon of this vinegar and pour a dabble on my dreads in the shower step in the stream , step out and feel this conditoner do its work then rinse. I perform this after sodium bicarbonate hair washing. often oi use only barsoap as cleanser.

my solution to this specific problem is apple cider vinegar. Every day i have conditions my nearly one old dreads with apple cider vinegar, i usually observe compliments from other people saying my hair lookin nice that day

flourine, chemically goruped with chlorine, bromine. chlorine forms into our stomach acid. really high levels of bromine cause acne. the idea of flouride ions attachin unto the enamel wear holes on teeth; is poorly supported. being flouride is Higly reactive, it must supposedly bond so well to your enamel, why would it be needed twice a day. plus flourite in nature is incredibly tough. and i think man not need flourine.

Floss then, use no added shit brush teeth. then sip h2o2 and swish then drink up water and this is my routine. works really well

So i live in a place where red clay forms. I found these pieces in a ditch. Theyre still really moldable. Im storing them. I want to make dread lock beads. i have no kiln. I was liking to hear from any experienced dread bead makers for advice, any clay workers on advice for a kiln. keep it rockin, dread rockin!!

last december i began this technique. i dont have a recent pic developed yet. though my hair is 85 percent dready. I really recomend baking soda lathered into your hair during a shower , leave this in for a minute or three. then rinse out with apple cider vinegar, it will bubble and make your dread process shoot of the rocker, ya know! rinse this out and reveal dreads : } peace and prosperity.

plus seperation is mega important
