Beads and Your Dreads

some days ill put more beads in than other days. then i do take them out when washing. take the bigger beads out at night when i sleep. all the beads i have i either made or were given to me. i have wraps in my dreads and i dont really worry about molding they seem to dry just fine, so with beads i would think it would be less of an issue cause you can move the bead up or down.

not at all, i know what you mean and how you feel. remember that our one true soulmate is our inner being.. you really get to learn and grow by yourself and experiance things without the critisism of those you once found imoprtant in your life. i came to realize that im always going to have negative people in my life but the key is to accept and choose how you can react to those people. and i try to remember when someone is ignorant or judgemental, to just love, because you never know the battles others are sufftering

Dreads Hair and Scalp Health

i was having bad dandruff too. so i know how you feel..its so annoying and seems like it wont go away. what i do is use the baking soda rinse with rosemary which seems to help with the dandruff the follow with an acv rinse.. in between those two i use reallly cold water. the cold water seems to really really help with the dandruff. hope this helps ya girl.

any craft store..most usually have them in bulk and you can sort through and pick the ones you like )) you just gotta make sure you find ones with big enough holes!!!
