My Dread Timeline 1 Month!

Hey guys! Today is the big 1 month! I think they are starting to look pretty good. Some of them seem to be locking up pretty well. Its cool, everyday they look a little different. I tnr'd some of the ends on some of them about a week into it because some of them were about half backcombed. Other than that I have left them alone and washed about 2-3 times a week.The first three pics are at a week, 2 weeks, then 3 weeks

So, obviously because I have dreads I really dont care what people think about me and can assume judgement which is fine. But, tomorrow I am going to some party for my girlfriend's work. That being said, I want to look more presentable for such an event. Normally I'd just tied it back but because getting dreads shortened my hair, it doesnt all get back. That being said, do you guys have any inventive ways of getting it back or looking more I guess for lack of a better word presentable for such events?

easy enough. When I backcombed, I purposefully tried to make them messy because it eventually loosens up a bit. So it was really more of a jumpstart than anything.

thanks man. No they are backcombed but they came out looking like neglect so I guess it worked well lol Michael Hein said:
