Dreading Methods

lol im at one year and i only have 2 dreads and 2 tangles, But ive worn a hat the whole time and hats dont let hair dread at allll, I'm not cutting my hair once in my life time so i dont care if it takes another 2 years even without the hat to dread. but i should have tons of dreads by now anyways. be patient and keep washing, wear tams, sleep on wool ect, if you are the type of dreadies that keep dreads for a few mo - year then chop em off i dont see why those people care if the dreads are natural, most natural dreads are life long, and if your going to keep em for your whole life then who cares if it takes 3 weeks to get a dread. my first dread took 7 months ( with the hat though ) and i havent been discouraged once, Se's right, 30 weeks youll have dreads easily if you dont wear hats!

i wouldnt towel dry my hair, never have never will, lint will build up

Good luck brother. My body is being ran by phychopathic judges and case workers, telling and making me take every step, no freedom. and the judge today when i went in court was discussed that humans still grow their hair out and let it dread, and if i want to ever get a real job or respect from my "Supiorors" ( Judger,Case worker, all the babylon systems puppets ) I would have to cut and brush it, and if its past my ears its to long.

Its crazy. I dont want to fling my mess around but if you could hear the way these people are taking advantage of my young age and think since they got power and i am just a stupid no life dont go to school smokes pot loser bum that means they can say whatever they want, even saying if i died today it wouldnt be a lose to anyone because i dont have my education and smoke pot and believe in hippy bullship ( That hippy BS isnt even hippy, He was talking about my RELIGION im not a rasta to be cool, i found rastafari before i knew what reggae or bob marley was, I had studyed Catholic,christian,judaism,muslim just cause i love god and different cultures people built around him, I didnt call myself anything, a free spirit is all. But after i found rastafari, i found myself, it all made sinse, my depression went away. It did so much for me, infact id be dead without it i think, i wouldnt of been able to bare a yr apart from my family without the faith that i know only a rastaman can obtain, or a free man. i tought myself 5 religions, and thouroughly to, its all i did, and "InI will never go a stray" - bob marley, I found myself and i know i wont ever lose myself. dont let babylon downpress you brother stand up for your rights to do what man did since day one. Haircuts and combs were invented by evil empires like biblical sodom, roam, ect. the richy goodys enslaving those who still lived the simple life of nature. I'd be itching and going crazy and prob gave up if it wasnt for you now my hairs healthy clean and smells, looks, and locks great! :P Can't wait till the site hits 1 million :P It will! Watch! I have done this at like, 3 months before going natural, i was just growing it out, and stuff, I usually had a hat on, And would light the lighter then go down, but this time.. I went down then lit it, and i caught my hair ablaze my left is still longer in a area because i havent cut it in over a year

Lol i've had family do that to me, And with scissors... My grandma even called me a, Well idk it was like shame to her family. But i dont count myself as her family, Only my mom bros and sisters/nieces/nephew :P I love how your dreads are coming along, Now that i cant wear a hat at school, im dreading.. Lol all it took was to take my hat off, And i got a dread + a matted loopy knotty mess on the side that i sleep on, even though i try not to sleep on it i got lazy one day, and slept on my hair, and out came those big knots, Do you sleep on your hair? I am thinking of doing it since 1 night created knots im still balancing the pros and cons,

I wont cut, and just cause anxiety i wouldnt go against my beliefs.

I never had dandruf. Ever.. But now i do, and i'd freak out thinking how the freak did food get into my hair, or bug eggs, but it was just dandruff, i can spend 10 min showering, and the dandruff dont wash out, I was wondering if dandruff is biodegradable and wont dread with my dreads. I am starting the tea tree wash soon, been doing just rosemary for afew months, gotta step it up to tea tree cause i cant really push my hair to the side at school, it just hangs infront of my face.. makes me prob look crazy but what ever i got knotts sticking inchs from my hair and its really funny to people who dont see knots as early dreads haha, and when its in my face, i can see dandruff flakes sometimes and i bet others do too lol...Dreadings awesome love it and wont ever stop. But dreading in high schools hard, people see your wild hair and me being me i think the worst. PLUS its VERYYY long i mean like past my shoulder plaids easily, Havent been mistaken by a girl yet thank god..

I am six months in and i have 1 ( New, have known about it for only a week now ) one dread, That isnt noticable, i just feel it and it feels like a dread and hasnt went away, and it wont lol, The hair around its combining to it hiding it though, Then i have 1 new loopy knoty madness that isnt going away but not in the form of dread atm, So, 6+ months, 1 dread NEW and 1 NEW loop, I am purely neglecting like no other, i dont even lift hairs to show off dreadage like alot do, I plan on having the dreads i get from this set, And keeping em with me when i go 6 feet under, So timelines dont matter to me, So keep your head up you will get there! i never slept ON my hair, One day, I was careless and didnt move my hair out of the way waking up one night like i always do, went back to bed, Woke up on my back, All the hair that rested from my back over the shoulder and onto my chest, that hair was gone.. I was like uh oh.. All the hair was all on my back, i didnt seperate cause i am not doin that, so i ignored it, And once it seperated by itself, I felt back there, feeling matted hair, About quarter--half inch wide, And all the way to the end of my hair, with it spliting in half mid dread, i didnt worry cause im use to dread like groups coming apart going bye bye, Week latter, The split is gone, its all 1 dread. took time but i finally got a dread and it just made me want to wait another 6 months for 1 more dread, I hope you get your first dread soon, mines still immature, :P Peace and blessings Hang in there!
