What Made you decide to dread?

Hey there!! What made me decide to dread??

Well while I was in highschool I always say people with dreads(black/jamaican/haitin people) and I always thought "Dang dreads are cool". As the years went on I read more and more about them and what they stood for people/cultures. That's when I decide I will dread when I have a reason for dreading. I started 29th August I'm 20 years old. My reason? To better myself and become a kinder spirit as my hair grows with me over the course of time.

Should I be worried or will this go away when they mature :/

You can literally see the sections SE like where the little parts are between hair. I went 5 months with the BS wash and let them naturally section off. Then I just TnR all the sections.

Ok I get a little paranoid sometimes and feel like my dreads have patches here and there....so I just want to make sure I don't have a big patch on the back of my head and look like a fool ya know?

Yeah see I just squirted like a little palm full, it smelled so yummy....but it made my ears pop for some reason.

yeah it's not an exact science, the first time i used it i forgot about the concept of diluting the soap and covered my head in the peppermint soap. I smelled like candy all day and it was very strong,but i did wash it all out, however that was really unnecessary, lol

Yeah I saw some natural dread videos and they people were like "Just squirt some soap on your dreads and ta duh!" nothing about diluting. O__O

What do you mean 1 pt bronners? I can't remember what SI unit that is.

All I know is I pour like a little bit on the bottom of a bowl and fill it to the top with water. The bowl is pretty big so yeah......

the 18-1 means dilute it 18 pts water to 1 pt bronners or thereabouts. Basically just dilute the hell out of it. There's also 18 uses-mouthwash, toothpaste,massage, shampoo, body wash, sore muscle soak etc...etc..the stuff is awesome who cares what the bottle says??

all I wanted to know when I picked up the bottle were how much to dilute it and what the 18 uses were. I couldn't figure either of them out, and thought the rest of the text was distracting at best.

I don't see any hippie speak. They have like things about shakespeare, and the family, who Dr.Bonner was, and then they occisionaly have like some wise words about some crap here and there. I haven't read the whole bottle yet lmao.
