its all theory really all u need to know is it stimulates knotting and tightening

i can't see why swimming would affect them in a bad way. salt water is great for locking dreads so i mean being in the ocean would be ideal. a lake maybe i would worry about if the water is super grungy. i say swim and see what happens and tyhen just do a good BS wash when your all done.

My dreads are almost a week old there TNR can I swim with them now or will it mess up the dreading process if I swim to long. Plz help I'm going swimming to tomorrow

This IS about ur dreads deciuss ur style and what u used and how has this site helped u....So my dreads are pretty much TNR and now I'm letting them do what they want. Things I use are a bs wash every 3 days and a ss spray. I'm glade I found this site cus I always see sites trying to push there products and here se will talk to u if u ask him. He cares unlike most sites.Can't wait to see what u guys say
