MEEEE!!! I've only had dreads for 5 weeks but I had a girl send me a message on facebook saying that she hoped I wasn't going to get dreads because my hair was too pretty and should not be messed with. Other's said same thing as far as my hair being too pretty etc. WHATEVER I say!!! I did it anyway because it was about my life and my own journey and not what other people think I should look like!!!! My mother said I looked prettier the "other" way....obviously meaning without dreads and my father thinks it looks like a birds nest
) Oh well....it ain't their life so that's not my problem. Same to you....I hope you love your locks and just do what you want to. My husband isn't crazy about them but he wants me to do whatever I want to do so it's fine. Other people need to keep their mouths zipped. Keep opinions to yourself is what I say )) Good luck and don't change anything unless YOU want to. Peace <3
lock peppa how it "works"

The thing I do like about lock peppa is that it, although temporary, helps my dreads stay "put together" and not messy. I can't get a more polished look any other way for when I go out. I have tried gels and they just don't help at all and leave my hair looking worse with a sticky residue. It feels like major build up. Gross. Anyway I try to only wash once a week because when I do the loose hairs are crazy all over the place. I love having the dreads and it's been a very spiritual experience, but the loose hairs drive me crazy sometimes.
