Heey guys! So I've been online looking up essential oils for my BS rinse... and holy jeebus are they typically so damn expensive!?!? one site was charging over 70 bucks for 4 freakin ounces of lavender oil. I wanna start my potion buuut i really can't afford that steep of a price :| ......Where do some of you get your oils ? Online or at a local apothecary? There isn't really anything near me (I don't think) that sells essential oils in larger quantity so I think shopping online is my only option... help?

Pay them no mind. there are always gonna be people who disagree with one another, and if they aren't willing to keep an open mind then it's better to simply stop wasting your energy on them. My dad calls my tattoos and dreads self mutilation, i call it self expression and art. as i'm writing this i just noticed the most beautiful spider outside my window building a web... it reminded me of one time i saved a spider at a party and as i'm opening the back door to put it outside i heard one of the girls there say "Fucking hippies." i just smiled next time they say something negative tell them they just don't understand.
oh and i would like to see a photo haha now i'm curious!
Girl i work at an organic grocery store, and people come in with your problem all the time, in fact one of my co workers is basically everything intolerant. she lives on vegetables, black beans, rice, tofu, soups and fruit... pretty much. she cant have sugar, wheat, dairy, grains and she's one of the most bubbly people i know. i'm sure it's going to be tough adjusting to such a different lifestyle but i KNOW you can do it. anything is possible. the mind is a very powerful thing. And there are plenty of wheat substitutes, gluten free flours, breads, pastas, chips, cereals... trust me we have it all at my store. I even know people that choose this lifestyle because eliminating all the processed and fake crap makes your body feel amazing, more energetic, and clear headed. also, the longer you go without something, your body eventually stops craving it. you got this, hang in there
That's so rad, when i went to New Mexico it seemed like all little kids had dreads, i saw a four year old with blonde dreadies past her butt i'm with se, natural for sure! kids' hair gets crazy tangled anyway
you both have lovely hair, and will be the raddest dready couple ever! i hope your girl can overcome what her peers think, after all she's not doing it for them if they have something negative to say that is their bad energy... you two continue being awesome. happy dreading
if you're lathering your locks every time you shower, i'm going to recommend not. just scrub your roots and every so often squeeze some soap into the actual lock. that way all you have to really worry about rinsing well is your scalp:)
I've been single for almost a year after 3.5 years of relationships and it feels wonderful. I've done so much soul searching, and been a little selfish you could say. just focusing on me, my happiness, passions, values... it's been nice. Patience is the key to life... and the universe does have a special way of presenting exactly what you need when you least expect it...but for the record if my soul mate happens to have dreads that would be amazing:D
