I only separate 2x a week. I used to do it more often but now they stay separated better

I use a few drops with water in a spray bottle. Start using a natural dread friendly shampoo, no more conditioner. I wash my hair every three days. Drying will be another hurdle, you want them to dry before putting up your hair. There is so much to know. I'm sure others have great knowledge, and this site helps a lot

Wow you have a lot of hair. I can foresee separating will be time consuming. Welcome to the beginning of a beautiful journey. I find tea tree oil helps the dandruff. How often do you wash your hair? What shampoo are you using?

I've been hanging around here since July and haven't done an intro. So here it is. I haven't brushed my hair in 4 months. I kept them very thin as they mature, keeping them from going into a Congo with beads on the ones who keep trying to eat everything.

I got this awesome tube scarf, it can be used in so many ways. I wear it the way in the picture when i feel my locks are getting unruly or whenever. What are the thoughts on wearing it like this? Will it help or hinder the process. I'm about 3 months in on a natural journey

How do you feel about water with tea tree oil. I use it for itchy scalp to extend the time between washes. I was using it on my locks too to tame the dryness
