Ok, I'll keep that in mind, in regards to the ingredients in the Dr Bronner's bar soap, since it states that the peppermint bars (the only ones I can currently readily find to buy locally), would it help in tightening up my roots, or would it be better to stick to adding sea salt to Dr Bronner's liquid and or using the tea tree shampoo?
I think it was Soaring Eagle who said I should change up my
The bar in question is the peppermint one.
I re-checked the ingredients recently from a package of the soap, the bar soap does in fact, contain sea salt, not sodium chloride. The ingredients are as follows: organic coconut oil, organic palm oil, sodium Hydroxide (but it claims that none actually remains in the soap after saponifying oils into soap and glycerin), water, organic olive oil, Metha Arvensis, organic hemp oil, organic jojoba oil, Metha Piperita, Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Tocopherol.
It seems like it's pretty good.

I do think that. I'm more wondering how much longer I should consciously flip my hair over to the side before it is finally sealed. On a side note,....I am sort of wondering if I can continue to use the tea tree shampoo I have been using? I have a question on
I'm attaching a picture, with the general question of, how much longer would it possibly take to fix this? And now, as I write this looking at the photo, I realize that with the relaxed separating I do for them (as they really don't need much anymore at all), that helps too, so that it may get fixed soon.
Thanks for any and all advice!
So I have been washing my hair with the tea tree tingle shampoo from Trader Joe's the last few weeks what follows is a current photo of the 'gap' on the top of my head. I haven't really had anything bad in terms of skin issues from using that shampoo, and actually as of the latest wash (which I had shampooed twice) my roots like really good, I do see some looping still happening with them. I know that's healthy, but I'm wondering when that is going to settle down. I'm hoping I'll be able to continue to use this product on my dreads as far as a liquid shampoo goes it has been good.
I do keep wondering how many washes it takes to know if a product is good for your dreads and not too prone to build up or not. I may still switch over to the
