Dreading Methods
I've been neglecting for coming up to 7 months. The back and right side is dreading up nicely (albeit more slowly than many peoples), but much of the left side is completely undreaded. I've been sleeping on my right side to try to encourage it to dread for the past couple of months but haven't really seen any results. I definitely still want to go with neglect, but am getting discouraged. Any advice on how to encourage this to dread?
