These are all really great. Idk, I don't really know how someone can consider themselves Christian if they haven't read the bible. i have a joke. Why do women love Jesus? (Imagine me putting my arms out fully to the side) because he's Hung like this!A funny joke for any religion. :) peace to you all no matter what you believe!

This whole topic was born from a small discussion on Brittany rassat's photo comment thread on her Roman tree picture. Just thought it would be a cool topic to throw out there.

paganism in a christian society

Alternative Lifestyles and Subcultures

I don't really know what religion to say that I am. I have done A LOT of research on many different forms of religion, and I have come to the conclusion that I can't really consider myself a certain religion until I know everything about every religion. That is a pretty impossible mission. Plus, no one can really KNOW everything there is to know. I do believe in nature and all the beauty it beholds on this planet. The only religion that I know of that comes close to worshiping nature is Wicca, I know a lot about it, and it intrigues me very much...but I still am not wiccan. Evolution makes sense, but some of the pieces don't add up. Then there's always the question of what created the atom? There is said to be proof that Jesus walked this earth. I completely think this is true, but my savor? I don't know about that. This is pretty much just a religious rant, but I hope to learn more by hearing what you all have to say about what you believe. So respond if you aren't the type of person that's easily offended by this sort of conversation!

The Wool Method?

Dreading Methods

Lol, look at my mom on my page, think she let me dread my hair? Hell no. she accepts them now that im out of the house, I still don't think she likes them because sure pretty conservative and owns a salon, but I'm educating her on dreadlocks and a more free life style. She knows that a person is more then what their hair looks like:

The Wool Method?

Dreading Methods

Shit, yea, that neglect method description is pretty whack. I guess I don't have dreads yet according to them. That's a little disappointing! :)

The Wool Method?

Dreading Methods

I did not start this way, but last winter my dreads were about four or five months into not brushing. I got a pair of wool gloves in the beginning of December and was always rubbing my head with them, it feels pretty Damn good. Your hair gets really messy, I looked like I should be in an insane asylum, lol. It seemed to help I think though.

when will my dreadlocks grow?

Dreads Hair and Scalp Health

Uh yea, dreads that long are five times older then ours. It's a slow process.

One step forward, two steps back

Dreads Hair and Scalp Health

Yea, or make some. Damaged hair dreads better then healthy hair, why? Healthy hair is smooth and silky, like one continuious stand, damaged hair has "ridges'' in it, and when ridges from one strand gets caught on the ridges of another strand, it creates a knot type deal. So this process continues and that's when dreadlocks form. If you blow dry it, that will dry up your hair and makes your locks tighter.

Bar soap+hair dryer. also, there's this stuff at Walmart and its like sea salt spray. it smells good, and would dry it out. I would say spray it on your hair the days you don't wash it.
