Hey
my dreads just hit like the 10th month, and i want to share then with u guys
Here is the album of them : http://imgur.com/a/7mSBl#wpXuQ72
Okay guys, thanks for the tips
Luckily they were just joined by beads, so i removed them and separated the congos.
I will do some congos later on when they fully mature so that ill see what size they will be
Again, really glad that you guys told me that they might end up that thick :o
Also, since i have a couple of thin dreads, would it be ok to combine them? Once i do it ill upload a pic so that u guys can tell me if it will be too thick
Hey guys :D
So yesterday I decided that I want huge and fat dreadies, so I made a couple of congos with some dreads, I still need to do the back of my head.
Personally, i love them right now :D

It doesn't hurt when it's just sitting there or when i headbang, it only hurts a teeny-little bit when i pull it a bit to the right :P
The root also separates in two dreads which then join into one dread, the dread on the left hurts a little small bit when i pull the dread to the right.

Oh snap. Well, if it hurts a bit, maybe it's too heavy...I've never split a dread before, but you might want to look into that.
Yeah, i understand that, but i have one dread who's root is baisically a semi-long straight line, and i dont see it becoming any other shape than just flat beaver tail:/
When i put this one dread up or move it arround, i feel it pulling on the roots and it hurts a bit :/
and Laura, i sleep on each side of my head so i dont think that that is causing the issue :c

root shape makes no diference at all or all dreadheadhq dreads would be square
dont worry they are fine i got many like that
Hey
So, my dreads are about 10 months old and I love them. I've got thick dreads, thin dreads and dreads with some weird shapes. I have 2 or 3 dreads that kind-of concern me, they have roots that are not a square, cirlce or something, their root is in a shape of a line. My question is, when the mature, will they be just flat beaver-tail style dreads, or will they round up?

Oh my god..I can't imagine living without my dreads...I would probably kill myself :/
I wish that I could help but I live in Europe :/
I hope that you find someone who will attach your dreads with love
Hey!
I've started my dreadlocks on September 23rd, by lightly twist-and-ripping random sections, and leaving my dreads to do their thing. Since then, they have changed a lot, gotten loopy, crazy and I really love them, so that's why I'm sharing them here
