Hi Eric, I notice that you use 2 tablespoons of ACV to 5 cups water, you may be over-conditioning your hair. Try usiing 1-2 capfuls (1 -2 teaspoons) to 5 cups water instead. Make sure to rinse it out within one minute...Peace
