Welcome. Like I said in your post, get rid of the products. Just throw them out and chalk it up to experience. DHHQ is a real pain in the ass to deal with returns.
And don't bother palm rolling. It only does 1 of 2 things. Either you do it lightly and you see progress for a few hours before you go to sleep and have to do it again the next day, or after you shower. Or you do see progress, which in a year, you will see the irrevocable damage it does to your roots. Watch the vid I posted in your post

Welcome. But Aloe is a conditioner and slows down the process. DO you only use it now, or did you use it to start with?
