I had to wash a little more than usual in the last few days due to being exposed to dirty conditions, and separating last night set my gap back a little, but it could also be from washing it yesterday, although I did my best to dry it before bed:

I think that is the case, as I feel that my dreads may actually still be in the process of shrinking since I still have patches of loops in some of my dreads....I had been washing my dreads every other day for a short period of time....actually thinking I may end up going back to that because of the hot weather.

Although I have not used the dls liquid, the shampoos I have been using are liquid shampoos, as for sea salt, I used it once in the past year only about a week ago.

yea the dls has sea salt so it helps em dread like crazy i wouldn't over use sea salt but doing a weekly soak before washing (a couple hours before washing) will help dread up the roots

Ok, I will have to try doing a sea salt soak before washing next. Out of curiosity is there any way to make a charcoal deep cleanse on your own?

Ah, darn, well as far as I can tell the charcoal deep clean isn't yet posted to the dls site, I know one can contact the company to order this, I was wondering how much it usually costs? As I am eventually hoping to try it out when I need it, LOL.
